Cyndi began her medical career while going to college, working in the Chemistry lab at Stony Brook University Hospital in NY, earning her degree as a laboratory scientist and licensure through the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP). She has worked in many hospital laboratories including Brigham & Woman’s, a Harvard affiliated hospital in Boston and Boston Regional Medical Center. She is proficient in hematology, immunology, serology, chemistry, and microbiology processes. Always intrigued with the nursing side of patient care, Cyndi earned her BSN degree through Florida Southwestern State College. Cyndi graduated Cum Laude, and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing. She has experience working with patients at NCH North Collier and HealthPark Hospital in Fort Myers. She was fortunate to be able to do her preceptorship in the ER at HealthPark/Golisano Children’s Hospital, where she learned acute patient care in a fast-paced setting. Cyndi brings her diverse background in laboratory technology and nursing to NPC.
Sue graduated with her BSN degree from Valparaiso University. She began her career in the cardiovascular ICU at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago , where she cultivated the skills, knowledge and dedication necessary for providing high quality, individualized patient care. Thereafter, Sue pursued her interest in orthopedics, enjoying over 20 years of service as an ambulatory orthopedic nurse in a fast paced clinic. She provided organized, efficient care and developed trusting relationships with her providers and patients. She received her Orthopedic Nurse Certification in 2018.
Sue is a tremendous asset to our team; she brings not only an advanced knowledge of patient needs, but also a warm spirit , compassion, and ability to connect with others.
Sue relocated to Naples recently, having had her share of cold Chicago winters, and has discovered a love for paddle boarding.
